Cake & Ale Rite

Merry Meet!!!

I am so excited about the up and coming Samhain that I will be celebrating with my girlfriend. Very very excited about this!!!

This rite reminds me of communion but it is yet not the same. Take a look.

What You Need:
- A Dish Of Cookies, Cakes, Biscuits, Crackers, What Ever.
- A Chalice Or Cup Of Juice, Water, Wine, ECT.

What You Do:

Leader Or Whoever Chosen: (Holding Wine)

"Behold! The bounty of the Goddess and God! Drink of the Fruit which gives life! That we may share in their sustenance and share in their Love! For the Lord and Lady! So mote it be!"

Coveners pass drink around deosil and sip, everytime the chalice changes hands passer says, "May you never thirst."

Leader Or Whoever: (Holding Cakes)

"Behold! The Bounty of the Lord and Lady! Eat of the Grain which sustains us! That all may never go without sustenance and love! For the Gods! So mote it be!"

Coveners pass around plate of cakes deosil and eat them (Big surprise there. :thumbsupsmileyanim: ) everytime the plate changes hands the passer says, "May you never hunger."

Leader says:

"As we share in this feast, let us remember those who could not feast before our Gods without fear of destruction and cruelty! Let us remember the persecuted, the executed and the frightened. All are welcome here who come is a spirit of peace and love! So mote it be!"

Tell me what you are doing for Samhain!

Growing new garden...

Well, unfortuantly, all but two of my pre-grown herbs have died completely. Basil is dead. Thyme is dead with little chance of rejuvination. My Sage has laid to rest. My Lavender and Lemon Balm are the only ones left alive. As it is, the Lemon Balm is only barely showing signs of growing. The Lavender alone is thriving, and, I believe, growing.

The seeds I planted in the ground amng the roses has become a litter box for all cants and dogs of the house, and I simply cannont stop them from using it. So I have planted more seeds and put them in pots and placed them where they will revieve some shade and sun equally.

Pepsi has wierd seellings in his throat latch. I am hoping it is just a parasite or Strangles and not Cancer. He's just begun to recover!

Worry & Money Spell

Wow, so much has happened. I will not write about it for it would take far too long given the amount of time I have to post. Rode Pepsi the other night, and he showed no signs of lameness and was infact, perky. :) Unfortunatly he was favoring the leg a little yesterday when I lunged him. Duke has a infection in that lfet eye again, which basically means he is almost toally blind since I don't think he can see much out of that eye right now, and the other eye being blind entierly. My trainer said I can jump Sky again when he comes sound. YES! :D

Wicca Topic: Easy Money Spell

This is an effective little quickie that's easy and fun with the right attitude.


Materials:

1. A container with a lid. Coffee can size or smaller- with a lid.

2. A piece of construction paper and a marker to write or draw with - or a printed picture of a buffalo ( represents abundance)

3. tape or glue

4. loose change ( the amount is up to you).

5. Happy dance music that you can turn on easily without disruption.

To Do:

1. Take your paper and with your pen or marker draw a buffalo, or if your not artistically inclined, just write, "buffalo". I personally printed up a picture of a buffalo conviniently placed on a coin face!

2. Tape or glue said paper onto your container( make sure container is cleansed preferably).

3. Drop your coins into the container, and as you do so, ask the spirit of the buffalo or the powers of the universe or devine, or goddess, ect, to aid your wish.

4. Now here's the fun part: Attatch your lid securely, turn on your happy dance music, and shake that money jar! Shake it for all it's worth, dance with it, spin with it, build up that energy! As you do so, chant,

"Money, money,
Come to me,
Money, money,
easily!"

Once you have reached a high peak of energy, release it. Open up that jar and raise it in the air ad let all that bulit up energy loose!

Bath Magick- Very Simple! & A Bit of Rant

Ok, so since I have been postingr ather advanced stuff recently, I thought I'd cut back down to simple stuff- and this is VERY simple! :)

But before I do that, let me rant here...

I am so sick and tired of seeing all these people that call themselves Wiccan  to get attention, along with acting gothic, depressed, and all other forms of otherwise cliche things. Wicca is not about vampires and blood and depression and sacrifice and attention! But sdo many people don't seem to get that! All you have to do is look at half the people in blog rings on here for wicca and 75 % of them are all talking about depression and vampires and gothic things. It's irritating when these people give Wiccans a bad name. But ofcourse, who gets the most attention? The Fluffy Bunnies. Why? Because they are more interesting. And it gives more people more of a reason to harras then kitch and garden dwelling wiccans or wiccans who simply live their lives like normal people.

Anyone else find this irritating?

HERBAL BATHS
